Things I have been working on

Hello Crafters,
So here are some projects I have been working on. I go through these phases where I will make like 10 different projects in one sitting and then I get a “brain freeze” and can’t think of anything for a couple of days…lol do any of you ever go through that?

With these bags I made I got the idea from Sam (Pootles) which by the way I love everything she makes ;). I absolutely love this back as you can see, I changed it up just a tad and kind of  made it my own;)

For this one I used Colypso Coral DSP, Gold Soirée Specialty DSP, the Scalloped Tag Topper punch, ColypsoCoral Chevron Ribbon, the Amazing Birthday Stamp set.

I used pistachio Pudding DSP, Pear Pizzazz Chevron Ribbon, the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, Amazing Birthday Stamp set and the Blossom Punch.

This is the one we made in my  Valentine Bag and Tag class, I didn’t fold this one down, we just left it up to show off the scalloped edging. We used Cherry Cobbler DSP, Cherry Cobbler Chevron Ribbon, and the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

Bag Dimensions are 12 x 10
Score in Landscape mode (12″ side) 2, 5 3/4, 7 3/4, 11 1/2″
In Portrait mode (10″ side) score at 2, and 8.

Thanks for stopping by!!
If you have any questions let me know, have a Happy Weekend 😉

Easel Calendar Card

Hey Crafter’s,
We made these Easal Calendar Cards in Class the other night and I had some request for dimensions so here you go!!!

Start off with your main base card
10″x 5″ scored at 2 1/2″ and 5″
A piece cut at 5″ x 5″  (this is the top of the easel)
And two pieces of patterned paper cut at 4 3/4″ x 4 3/4″

Fold your score lines

Adhere your 5″x 5″ piece to the top (crease your score lines really good)

The shape with start to take place (excuse my background mess..lol)

This is it standing up

Adhere your patterned paper and have fun decorating 😉

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and understood it 🌸 If you have any questions let me know. Thanks for stopping by 😄

And…. here is the latest stamp set just released

Click on the picture then look for “New Arrivals”

At first glance, this month’s new photopolymer release may seem like it is just for Valentine’s Day, but I think it could be used any time of the year when you want to share some affection with those you love.

I’m sure you’ve noticed how trendy it is to wind up some Linen Thread or Baker’s Twine and use it as an element on cards and other projects. You can see on this card how the large swirl image helps accomplish a similar feel.

Photo 2 - Oodles of Valentine

The swirls also create interesting background patterns that can be used with a technique like emboss resist—as shown on this adorable little card.

Photo 3 - My Silly Valentine

Or simply stamp—as I did on this tag. The “Love” sentiment works great for creating a chalkboard effect.

Photo 4 - Love Tag

There are three heart images in this stamp set. They were drawn to coordinate with  three of our heart punches: the Sweetheart Punch, the Hearts Border Punch, and the heart from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. The “Love” sentiment will also coordinate with either of the Tag Topper punches.

I can’t wait to see what you create with this stamp set—whether it’s a valentine for someone you love, notes of encouragement, memory keeping, or treat packaging.

If you have any questions please let me know, Thanks for stopping by and have an awesome Tuesday 😉
